Check-in & arrival

What time can we check in?
Official check-in is from 15:00 for both apartments. Earlier arrival is not guaranteed, but free luggage storage is available on the ground floor.
Is it OK if we arrive late at night?
Yes — self check-in works 24/7 in both apartments.
Can our group arrive at different times (different flights)?
Of course. The lockbox code and the apartment keypad codes are stable for the whole stay, so each member of your group can let themselves in independently.
When will we receive the access codes?
For security, the lockbox and both keypad codes are sent automatically about 2 hours before your arrival, all together in one message.
Can you store our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, completely free of charge at our shop "ired" on the ground floor. Hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, Sat 10:00–17:00, Sun closed. With a group of 12, please tell us in advance so we can coordinate.
What time is check-out?
11:00 — for both apartments.
Where do we leave the keys when we check out?
On the kitchen table of each apartment.
Do we need to clean or strip the beds before leaving?
No. Just turn off the air conditioners, close the windows, switch off the lights and take rubbish to the public bins.
How do we open the building entrance?
There's a shared lockbox to the right of the main entrance with a building key inside. You'll receive the lockbox code in your arrival message. Please return the key to the lockbox after you enter.
How do we find each apartment?
Superior — 2nd floor: when you exit the elevator the door is directly in front of you, with a small keypad.
Spacious — 5th floor: exit the elevator, turn left, then left again — you'll see the keypad on the apartment door.

Do the two apartments share keys or codes?
No — each apartment has its own separate 6-digit keypad code. The only shared code is the building lockbox.

What is the best transfer for a group of 12?
For 12 people the most practical option is a private transfer with 1 minibus (€195 day / €225 night) or 2 minivans (€135/€155 each). Send us your flight details, passenger count and luggage and we'll quote exactly.
How do we get from Athens Airport on our own?
Three good options:
• Suburban Railway (Proastiakos) — €10/person.
• Metro Line 3 → change at Monastiraki to Line 1 → Victoria — €9/person.

How do we get from Piraeus port?
Metro Line 1 (Green) from Piraeus to Victoria — €1.40, around 30 min. Private transfer from ~€120 for groups.
Are there taxis available at any time?
Yes, official taxis run 24/7 from the airport rank.
How long does it take to walk from Victoria Metro?
About 3 minutes from Victoria, 7 minutes from Larissa Station.
Is there parking nearby?
Domopark at €13/24h. Vans don't fit. For a group of 12 you may need multiple spots — let us know in advance.

How are the 12 guests distributed?
Superior — 2nd floor — sleeps 4: 1 bedroom (double) + sofa-bed in the living room, 1 modern bathroom.
Spacious — 5th floor — sleeps 8: 3 bedrooms (double + double + 2 singles) + sofa-bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with hydromassage.
Total: 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 12 guests.

Are both apartments in the same building?
Yes — same building, same main entrance, shared elevator and stairs at Ioulianou 50. Just different floors.
Were they recently renovated?
Yes, both fully renovated in March 2024.
Is there an elevator?
Yes — 2 elevators, suitable for elderly guests and guests with mobility needs.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes, completely, in both apartments. Cold bottles waiting in the fridges.
How does the hot water work?
Superior: via the central smart panel.
Spacious: flip the boiler switches up on the wall panel next to the bathroom.
If hot water runs out, allow ~20 minutes to reheat.

Do you have wifi in both apartments?
Yes — each apartment has its own separate network. The network name and password are printed on the welcome guide inside each apartment, and there's a QR code in every room.
Is there ethernet?
Yes, in the Spacious apartment, for a stable wired connection.
Are the TVs already logged into Netflix and Amazon Prime?
Yes — Superior has 2 Smart TVs, Spacious has 4 Smart TVs, all pre-logged-in.
Are there computers?
Superior: iMac (log in as Guest, no password). Spacious: PC with internet access.
Is there a games console?
Yes — PlayStation 4 in the Spacious apartment, free to use without a password.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes — both apartments have independent fully-equipped kitchens (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee makers). No dishwashers.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, in every room of both apartments — cooling and heating.
Is there a washing machine and a dryer?
Both apartments have a washing machine (Superior's is on the balcony). Neither has a tumble dryer — clothes need to dry in the air. Detergent is provided.
Is there a hairdryer / iron?
Yes, in both apartments — hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board provided.
Do you provide beach towels?
No — only bath and hand towels (1 small + 1 large per guest).
Do you have a baby cot and high chair?
Yes, a cot and a high chair are available on request.
Are there balconies?
Yes — Superior has 1 large balcony (with the washing machine), Spacious has 2 small balconies. Smoking is allowed there only, with ashtrays.

Is smoking allowed?
Not inside the apartments. Only on the balconies, with ashtrays.
Where do we throw toilet paper?
In the bin next to the toilet, never in the bowl. The plumbing is old.
Where do we throw the rubbish?
In the public bins on the street, in front of the building. Bin bags under the kitchen sinks.
Can we have a wedding / bachelor party?
Parties and events are not allowed. A quiet gathering with no loud music can be discussed case-by-case — please message us first. The booking capacity must be respected.
Are pets allowed?
Please ask before booking. We assess case-by-case.
What about noise hours?
Greek quiet hours: 15:00–17:30 afternoon and 23:00–07:00 at night.

Is the area safe?
Victoria is lively and multicultural. In 7+ years and 300+ positive reviews we have never had a security incident.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
AB Shop & Go (Aristotelous 72-74, ~5 min) and Sklavenitis (Ioulianou 33-35, ~3 min).
Where is the nearest pharmacy?
Pharmacy on Aristotelous 59, about 74 m / 1 minute from the front door.
Where can we exchange currency?
Currency Exchange at Patision 71 & Alexandras Avenue.
Any restaurant recommendations nearby?
Krouskas (Aristotelous 88) — Greek taverna. To Kalamaki tis Kyra-Sofias — souvlaki. Mikel for takeaway coffee.
How do we order food to the apartments?
Use e-food (e-food.gr). Address: Ioulianou 50, plus the floor of the apartment ordering (2nd for Superior, 5th for Spacious).
How far is the Acropolis?
4 metro stops (Victoria → Monastiraki, then a short walk). Around 15 minutes door-to-door.

We don't run organised tours. Book your skip-the-line tickets online in advance.

Send us a message and we'll resend it immediately.
A door is stuck — what do we do?
Message us and we can unlock it remotely in seconds.
What if there's a technical problem in one of the apartments?
Message us straight away. Same-day technician on weekdays; soonest possible visit on weekends/holidays.
I think I saw a bed bug — what now?
Tell us immediately. We take this very seriously and will come in person as soon as possible.
Why do you need a passport number?
Greek tax law requires us to register the main guest's passport / ID number — only the lead booker.
Can we get a discount?
Our rates are already discounted. Long-stay bookings can be discussed — send a message with your dates.
