Check-in & arrival

What time can we check in?
Official check-in is from 15:00 for all three apartments. Earlier arrival is not guaranteed, but free luggage storage is available on the ground floor.
Is it OK if we arrive late at night?
Yes — self check-in works 24/7 in all three apartments.
Can our group arrive at different times (different flights)?
Of course. The lockbox code and the three keypad codes are stable for the whole stay, so each member can let themselves in independently.
When will we receive the access codes?
For security, the lockbox and all three keypad codes are sent automatically about 2 hours before your arrival, all together.
Can you store our luggage before check-in?
Yes, completely free of charge at our shop "ired" on the ground floor. With a group of 25, please coordinate timing with us in advance.
What time is check-out?
11:00 — for all three apartments.
Where do we leave the keys when we check out?
Angel: on the round metal table behind the apartment's main entrance door. Superior: on the kitchen table. Spacious: on the kitchen table.
Do we need to clean or strip the beds before leaving?
No — in all three apartments, just turn off ACs, close windows, switch off lights and take rubbish to the public bins.
How do we open the building entrance?
Single shared lockbox to the right of the main entrance with the building key. The lockbox code arrives in your message. Return the key to the lockbox immediately after entering.
How do we find each apartment?
Angel — 1st floor.
Superior — 2nd floor: directly in front of the elevator.
Spacious — 5th floor: turn left, then left again as you exit the elevator.

Do all apartments share the same code?
No — each apartment has its own separate 6-digit keypad code. Only the building lockbox is shared.
Getting here from the airport / port

What is the best transfer for a group of 25?
For 25 people the most practical option is a private combination — typically 2 minibuses or 1 minibus + 1 minivan + 1 taxi. Send us flight details, passenger count and luggage and we'll quote exactly. Indicative: minibus up to 15 €195/€225, minivan up to 7 €135/€155, taxi up to 3 €65/€75.
How do we get from Athens Airport on our own?
Three options:
• Suburban Railway €10/person.
• Metro Line 3 → Monastiraki → Line 1 → Victoria €9/person.

How do we get from Piraeus port?
Metro Line 1 (Green) from Piraeus to Victoria — €1.40, ~30 min. Private group transfer available.
How long does it take to walk from Victoria Metro?
About 3 minutes.
Is there parking nearby?
Domopark at €13/24h. Vans don't fit. For a group of 25 you may need many spots — please tell us in advance.

How are the 25 guests distributed?
Angel — 1st floor — sleeps 15: 6 bedrooms + Gameroom (sofa-bed for 2), 2 bathrooms + 1 WC.
Superior — 2nd floor — sleeps 4: 1 bedroom + sofa-bed, 1 bathroom.
Spacious — 5th floor — sleeps 8: 3 bedrooms + sofa-bed, 1 bathroom with hydromassage.
Total: 10 bedrooms + Gameroom, 4 bathrooms + 1 WC, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 25 guests.
Superior — 2nd floor — sleeps 4: 1 bedroom + sofa-bed, 1 bathroom.
Spacious — 5th floor — sleeps 8: 3 bedrooms + sofa-bed, 1 bathroom with hydromassage.
Total: 10 bedrooms + Gameroom, 4 bathrooms + 1 WC, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 25 guests.
Are all three apartments in the same building?
Yes — the entire building is yours. Same main entrance, shared elevators (×2) and stairs at Ioulianou 50.
Were they recently renovated?
Yes — Angel and Superior fully renovated in March 2024, Spacious in 2023/2024. All fully equipped.
Is there an elevator?
Yes — 2 elevators, suitable for elderly guests and guests with mobility needs.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes, completely, in all three apartments. Cold bottles ready in the fridges.
How does the hot water work?
Angel & Spacious: flip the boiler switches up on the wall panel next to each bathroom.
Superior: use the central smart panel.
If hot water runs out, allow ~20 minutes to reheat.

Do you have wifi?
Yes — each apartment has its own separate network. The network name and password are printed on the welcome guide inside each apartment, plus QR codes in every room.
Are the TVs already logged into Netflix and Amazon Prime?
Yes, in all three apartments and on every TV.
Are there computers?
Yes — iMacs in Angel and Superior, plus a PC in Spacious. Log in as Guest, no password.
Is there a games console?
Yes — PlayStation 4 in the Angel Gameroom and another PS4 in Spacious. Free to use, no password.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes — three independent fully-equipped kitchens (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee makers). No dishwashers.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, in every room of all three apartments — cooling and heating.
Is there a washing machine and a dryer?
Angel: washing machine AND tumble dryer.
Superior: washing machine on the balcony, no dryer.
Spacious: washing machine, no dryer.

Is there a hairdryer / iron?
Yes — hairdryers in every bathroom, iron and ironing board in every apartment.
Do you provide beach towels?
No — only bath and hand towels (1 small + 1 large per guest).
Do you have baby cots and high chairs?
Yes — usually 2 cots and 1 high chair available; we confirm exact availability on request.
Are there balconies?
Yes — multiple balconies in Angel, 1 large in Superior (where the washing machine is), 2 small in Spacious. Smoking allowed there only, with ashtrays.

Is smoking allowed?
Not inside the apartments. Only on the balconies, with ashtrays.
Where do we throw toilet paper?
In the bin next to the toilet, never in the bowl — applies to all three apartments.
Where do we throw the rubbish?
In the public bins on the street, in front of the building. Bin bags under the kitchen sinks.
Can we host a wedding / bachelor / family event?
Parties and events are not allowed. A quiet gathering with no loud music can be discussed case-by-case — please message us first. The booking capacity (25) must be respected.
Are pets allowed?
Please ask before booking. We assess case-by-case.
What about noise hours?
Greek quiet hours: 15:00–17:30 afternoon and 23:00–07:00 at night.

Is the area safe?
Victoria is lively and multicultural. 7+ years, 300+ positive reviews, no security incidents.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
AB Shop & Go (Aristotelous 72-74, ~5 min) and Sklavenitis (Ioulianou 33-35, ~3 min).
Where is the nearest pharmacy?
Pharmacy on Aristotelous 59, about 1 minute from the front door.
Where can we exchange currency?
Currency Exchange at Patision 71 & Alexandras Avenue.
Any restaurant recommendations nearby?
Krouskas — Greek taverna. To Kalamaki tis Kyra-Sofias — souvlaki. Mikel for coffee. Bakeries: Attica (24/7) and Venetis.
How do we order food?
Use e-food (e-food.gr). Address: Ioulianou 50, plus the floor of the apartment ordering (1st for Angel, 2nd for Superior, 5th for Spacious).
How far is the Acropolis?
4 metro stops (Victoria → Monastiraki, then a short walk). Around 15 minutes door-to-door.

We don't run organised tours. Book your skip-the-line tickets online in advance.

I've lost the door code of one of the apartments — what do I do?
Send us a message and we'll resend it immediately.
A door (e.g. Angel) is stuck — what do we do?
Message us and we can unlock it remotely. There is also a backup key procedure for the Angel door we can guide you through if needed.
What if there's a technical problem in one of the apartments?
Message us straight away. Same-day technician on weekdays; soonest possible visit on weekends/holidays.
I think I saw a bed bug — what now?
Tell us immediately. We take this very seriously and will come in person as soon as possible.
Why do you need a passport number?
Greek tax law requires us to register the main guest's passport / ID number — only the lead booker.
Can we get a discount?
Our rates are already discounted. Long-stay bookings can be discussed — send a message with your dates.
